ISA therapy
Why is conventional treatment often ineffective
Prostate diseases are not considered acute or severe, yet they are notoriously stubborn. Our clinical experience reveals that the root cause has not been truly addressed. Normally, the prostate is soft and elastic. However, under long-term inflammation, stasis, and metabolic burden, it gradually becomes stiff and fibrotic, a condition we refer to as “rigidity and sclerosis”. Chronic prostatitis repeatedly flares up on this basis, leading to the development of hyperplasia, atrophy, and calcification.
After long-term clinical research, Dr. Kong Lingxin found that although prostate diseases are complex and diverse, they all stem from a single root cause, which is the rigidity and sclerosis of glandular tissue. In the early stages of the disease, the nerves and blood vessels within the gland are damaged, leading to a decrease in glandular elasticity and the emergence of kidney deficiency symptoms as described in traditional Chinese medicine. Recurrent episodes of prostatitis, prostatic hyperplasia, and prostatic calcification all develop and progress on this basis.
Based on this discovery, Dr. Kong Lingxin invented the “Infiltration, Softening, Activation” therapy (abbreviated as ISA therapy), targeting the root cause of prostatic sclerosis. Through the clever use of the synergistic effects of the herbs in traditional Chinese medicine formulas, the therapeutic properties of the herbs penetrate deeply into the internal structure of the prostate capsule. The softening and resolving herbs exert their softening power to soften the rigid glandular tissue. Then, the blood-activating and tissue-regenerating herbs activate the glandular nerves and blood vessels, allowing the prostate to perform its normal physiological functions.
Compared to the traditional methods of tonifying kidney and yang or promoting diuresis and removing dampness for treating prostate diseases, Dr. Kong Lingxin’s “penetration, softening, activation” therapy captures the essence of the disease and is the golden rule for rapid, safe, and efficient treatment of prostate diseases.
three stages
ISA stands for infiltration, softening, and activation. Each subsequent stage builds upon the foundation laid by the preceding one, and the three are advanced as a continuous program rather than three separate treatments.
What commitments does ISA not make
We do not claim that ISA can solve all prostate problems, nor will we allow patients to stop using the medication prescribed by their doctors without authorization. The calcification lesions that have existed for many years change slowly. What we can offer is a structured traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) regimen, follow-up observations during the process, and honest feedback on whether your condition is suitable for this regimen.
